This morning, I admit, I was a little bit disorganized. I had a good idea of what I had to do but really didn't have a great starting place. So, I took the first 20mins and filled out a whiteboard with all of my tasks and was able to get a bigger picture going to work from. Then, a collegue of mine who I am working on this particular project with came over and we were able to go through things and solve some stuff in a productive manner. Super Useful!
The other tool that is a more recent one to my daily workings is Microsoft One Note. Instead of toating around a notebook, you can just open up a notebook on your desktop, add chapters, new pages and create a one-stop for all of your informaiton. I find it especially useful in meetings when I can type faster than I can write.
